Head Custodian

Qualifications/Experience:
High School Diploma/GED required. Successful background check required.
Boiler engineer's license required within 90 days of hire.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Needed:
The Head Custodian is responsible for the overall cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of the school building and grounds. This role provides leadership and direction to custodial staff while ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained learning environment for students, staff, and visitors. Exemplifies the following Five Character Traits: compassion, respect, responsibility, self discipline and honesty.
Specific Tasks:
General cleaning and maintenance of assigned areas. Reports to Building and Grounds Director. Other duties as assigned. See the job description for additional information.
Hours Per Day:
8.0 hours per day 6:00AM-2:30PM
As per contract Benefit eligible position: health, dental, and optical insurance, supplemental insurance available, long-term disability coverage, district-paid life insurance policy, retirement plan, sick days, vacation days, holidays, and more!
