Sanitation Manager Food Mfg

: Sanitation Manager - Direct hire/ W-2 job opportunity for growing food manufacturer!

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 plus DOE plus benefits!

Responsibilities
• Specific duties will vary by position but generally include support for operational efficiency, quality standards, team collaboration, and adherence to company procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining the integrity of product quality and safety by ensuring that all equipment and facilities are following GMP's, company sanitation policies, and USDA and FDA regulations.

Qualifications
• At least 3 years of current progressive food sanitation supervisory and/or managerial experience in the USDA and/or FDA regulated food/beverage manufacturing facilities.
• Strong working knowledge of current USDA and/or FDA regulatory, SQF and/or BRC, and 3rd party certification sanitation requirements.
• Fluency in verbal and/or written Spanish
