Job Description
As a Team Member, you are the smiling, friendly face that greets and serves customers. Whatever job you do, you know what you do matters – to your team and to your customers.
What are we looking for?
During your training will teach you everything you need to know to succeed on the job.

- You’re a fun and friendly person who values customers and takes pride in everything you do.
- You’ve got a positive attitude.
- You like to cook and work in a kitchen.
- You understand the need to be on time to work.
- You understand that work is easier working as a team.
- You are at least 18 years old.
Position Responsibilities
- Prepares and presents quality products at all times and maintains a neat and clean work area.
- Maintains adequately stocked workstations, restocking stations as needed.
- Meets reasonable expectations as established by the Mrs. Winner’s procedures and policies.
- Able to work and learn in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
