Position Title: Solutions Architect III Location: Remote Work Authorization: Must be eligible for a federal background investigation (NACI minimum) Application Email: View email address on click.appcast.io Job Summary WINTrio LLC is seeking a Solutions Architect III to lead technical design for modernization of a federal survey data collection platform. This role defines the target architecture across web, mobile, and voice based data collection channels, ensuring secure integration with existing agency systems and identity management. Key Responsibilities Lead requirements refinement and architecture planning across all modernization tracks Design secure integration points between the new platform and existing agency databases and applications Define technical standards for API specifications and system interoperability Guide development teams on architecture decisions supporting scalability and performance Oversee security architecture in alignment with PII protection requirements Support accessibility conformance at the architecture level Review and approve deployment and cutover plans for operational readiness Required Qualifications 7 or more years of experience in solutions architecture or enterprise technical design Experience architecting multi channel platforms, including web, mobile, and voice based systems Experience with identity management and secure system integration in federal environments Experience leading technical teams through Government project lifecycles Familiarity with federal statistical agency systems is a plus Must be eligible for a NACI background investigation Technical Skills and Tools Architecture: cloud and on premises system design, API architecture, microservices Integration: identity and access management, secure data exchange, SSO/PIV integration Compliance: federal accessibility standards, FISMA/RMF familiarity Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or comparable environments Conversational/Voice Platforms: Amazon Connect, Twilio Flex, or comparable telephony architecture (working knowledge preferred) Recommended Certifications (not mandatory): AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, relevant enterprise architecture certifications Work Environment Full time position Remote eligible Standard business hours Monday through Friday No travel required WINTrio Benefits Healthcare (Medical, Dental, and Vision) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) 401(k) and Retirement Savings Plan Annual Bonus and Profit Sharing Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) and Vacation Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Life, Personal, and Voluntary Disability Insurance Growth Opportunities There is ample opportunity to grow in multiple dimensions, including federal cloud architecture, enterprise system design, and program leadership.
