Communications Associate

Milwaukee, WI | Full-Time | On-Site

Great Lakes Outreach (GLO) is hiring Communications Associates in Milwaukee. You’ll represent our clients face to face in communities across the area, have real conversations with the public, and help interested people sign up. It’s a full-time, on-site, entry-level role, and we train you from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Represent live campaigns in person across Greater Milwaukee
• Learn each campaign in depth, so you speak from real understanding, not a script
• Start genuine conversations and help interested people take the next step
• Work toward clear goals with your team and review what’s working in the field

Why People Join GLO

Our culture is competitive and supportive in equal measure. We push each other to improve, celebrate wins together, and back each other on the tough days. Progress is based purely on performance, not tenure, so how fast you grow is up to you.

Where It Can Lead

Associates who perform consistently move into account management, leading training sessions and mentoring new team members. GLO is part of a growing national network, so there are also opportunities to travel for conferences and training with other branches.

What You Get

• Weekly base pay plus performance-based incentives, including commissions
• Daily training and hands-on mentorship
• A clear, performance-based path into leadership
• A team that genuinely wants you to succeed

You’ll Do Well Here If

You enjoy meeting new people, take feedback well, and want to own your results. Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or events helps but isn’t required.

Apply through LinkedIn. We review every application and will reach out to shortlisted candidates to set up an introductory interview.
