Plant Facilities Operations Lead - 3rd Shift

Overview Under general direction, lead and coordinate all activities for Facility Operations personnel to ensure timely and cost-efficient fulfillment of business objectives and quality standards. Responsibilities include repair or replacement of plant equipment, facilities maintenance, allocation of resources and time for completing work, interpretation of technical issues to prevent downtime, and proactive pursuit of equipment and maintenance-related problems. The position requires administrative duties and working with tools to complete work orders and maintain shop maintenance metrics. The candidate should have a strong understanding of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, painting, and housekeeping of mechanical areas. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate Facility Operations personnel to achieve business objectives and quality standards Repair or replace plant equipment and perform facilities maintenance Allocate resources and time for completing work orders Interpret technical issues to prevent equipment and facilities downtime Proactively identify and address equipment and maintenance-related problems Perform administrative duties and operate tools to complete work orders Maintain and monitor shop maintenance metrics Apply a strong understanding of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, painting, and housekeeping in mechanical areas Details Schedule: Monday – Friday 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM Pay: Based on experience and licensing; 15% shift differential eligible Licensing: We offer licensing to experienced boiler, chiller, and cooling tower technicians Location: Gulfstream, Savannah, GA Relocation: Relocation support provided to the right candidate Benefits and Information ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package.
