Job Description

The Direct Sales Agent Specialist is responsible for driving profitable growth by generating new business cross-selling existing customers and building lasting relationships. This role focuses on understanding customer needs delivering tailored solutions and maintaining a strong book of business.

This role sells to local customers both in person and over the phone while driving growth through community involvement relationship building and outside marketing efforts.

As a Direct Sales Agent Specialist you will:

• Achieve sales goals through new business cross-sell and retention
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline including local lead generation and referrals
• Develop relationships within the community (e.g. dealerships events local partners) to support business growth
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives
• Stay informed on products underwriting guidelines and market competition
• Deliver results aligned with performance standards compliance requirements and customer experience expectations

Compensation

Base compensation: $20.00 per hour
