Senior Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Our client is a premiere law firm with offices across the US and the UK. They are seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join the team. The position is hybrid and based 3 out of 5 days per week at their beautiful office in Midtown, Manhattan. The firm offers excellent benefits! Job Details Utilize Elite 3E software to manage attorney billing and generate reports Oversee daily bank deposit process, including recordkeeping and reporting Perform reconciliations of payment records and cash receipts Prepare spreadsheets, financial reports, and other documentation Assist attorneys and partners with requests and special projects Salary Range: $95-105k annually, based on experience Excellent benefits package includes health, dental, vision insurance, generous PTO and 401(k)!
