Sr Lead Software Test and Integration for Ground Systems & Space- TS/SCI

Job Overview All qualified candidates will be responded to in 24 hours or less. Active TS/SCI is a must; this effort is on site. Will sponsor and has ability to obtain a CI Poly after start. Employment type: Full Time w-2 or Contract. Rate: open to negotiation. Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, Holiday, etc. Key Responsibilities The Integration and Test Engineer will execute the program’s test strategy, including test process development, baseline definition, test architecture design, verification, and validation. Collaborate with senior leadership, government customers, and technical subject matter experts to support system development and test execution. Lead a mixed team of employees, subcontractors, and leased labor in support of regression testing, verification, and validation efforts. Required Experience Experience with Atlassian Tool Suite (Confluence, JIRA) Experience with GIT tool Experience with POSTGRES DB Experience with development Linux operating system Experience in Cyber Security Experience with Python scripting Experience in a large software lifecycle development Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience. Experience as a lead in integration and/or test engineer in a software development environment. Experience with Agile development methodology. Experience with Mission Management as it pertains to Ground Systems.
