Director of Family Medicine Residency Program

The Director of the Family Medicine Residency Program is essential to the academic and clinical education of our family medicine residents. This role involves overseeing the creation, execution, and assessment of the residency program while ensuring adherence to ACGME accreditation requirements and institutional guidelines. The Program Director will cultivate a learning atmosphere that promotes professional development, working closely with faculty, administrative leaders, and clinical collaborators to influence the future of medical training. This residency initiative will be the first of its kind in the Northwest, currently in the planning stages, with a projected launch for the intern class of July 2028. The Program Director will be pivotal in establishing and initiating the program, partnering with the Designated Institutional Official (DIO), the Graduate Medical Education (GME) Office, the Graduate Medical Education Committee (GMEC), and operational leadership to develop and execute the residency program.
