Job Description
1. Design and deliver age-appropriate English courses for kindergarten children,focusing on early English enlightenment and oral English training.
2. Independently conduct systematic phonics teaching to help kids master basic lettersounds, spelling rules and early reading skills.
3. Adopt game-based teaching methods throughout daily classes, integrate games,interactive activities, songs and stories into teaching to stimulate children's interest in
learning
4. Prepare detailed teaching plans, course materials and classroom activities inadvance, and ensure standardized and interesting classroom management
5. Establish friendly and trusting relationships with students, observe children'slearning status and growth changes, and give targeted guidance.
6. Communicate regularly with Chinese teachers and parents to feedback children'slearning progress and classroom performance.
7. Participate in kindergarten teaching training, curriculum seminars, holiday themeactivities and other important work as required.
8. Plan and organize English-themed performances for school events, such as Englishdramas, English speech and other related English programs
9. Complete all relevant documentation, including monthly English assessment records for the classes.
10. Maintain a positive, professional and energetic teacher image, and create a pure
English immersive learning atmosphere within the community.

Qualification
1.Bachelor's degree or above in Early Childhood Education / Preschool Education
or related education majors.
2.At least 3 years of formal full-time teaching experience in kindergartens.
3. Experienced in systematic phonics teaching for preschool children, familiar withmainstream early childhood phonics teaching systems.
4.Good at game-based, interactive and child-centered teaching, able to designinteresting classroom links to adapt to the cognitive characteristics of young kids.
5.Teaching Certificate, PGCE, QTS or equivalent certificate;
6. Loving children, responsible, outgoing, good team work spirit, able to cooperate with Chinese teaching team efficiently.
