We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Recovery Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for towing, repossession, and safe return of vehicles, working primarily during the Full‑Time Nightshift (Sunday–Thursday) with competitive hourly pay plus incentives. Responsibilities Tow vehicles as directed by management. Repossess vehicles in accordance with state and federal laws. Return vehicles to designated locations. Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum of 3 years towing experience. 1+ years Recovery/Repossession experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license (must be at least 22 years old for insurance purposes) and clean driving record. Ability to operate a tow truck and other related equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
