Automotive Sales Associate – Luxury Lincoln Dealership

What You Can Expect

• $70,000 – $150,000+ annual earning potential
• Every other weekend off for work-life balance

What You’ll Do

• Work with customers in a high-end facility, and low-pressure environment
• Help clients select the right vehicle based on their needs
• Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives
• Build lasting relationships and generate repeat/referral business
• Stay current on Lincoln products, features, and technology
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

What We’re Looking For

• Automotive sales experience (luxury experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
• Able to follow the processes we have in place
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, not required
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening
