Sr. Product Manager (EHR/Acute Care)

Sr. Product Manager (EHR/Acute Care) Location: Remote Rate: $65-70/hr. The Product Manager will work with Engineering, Architecture, Clinical, Analytics, User Experience, and business stakeholders to translate customer, operational, technical, and regulatory needs into clear product priorities. Responsibilities Manage the product line from strategic planning to oversight of respective tactical execution by product owners/managers Be passionate about working across the full product lifecycle, from design to development, from research to implementation and managing growth Collaborate with Product Owners and Product Managers to deliver internal/external impact analysis on the: Product Customer Market Interact with customers, regulatory bodies, consultants, partner vendors, and certification entities Translate regulatory language into prioritized business objectives Engage users to understand user implications of regulations Understand product workflows and the problems they are intended to solve Develop and maintain a product roadmap Collaborate with the UX team to create mockups, user journeys, and storyboards Evangelize your products through sales collateral, internal education sessions, and customer webinars Use product metrics, operational insights, user research, and stakeholder feedback to inform priorities and improve product outcomes. Support team alignment by maintaining clear product documentation, decision records, and delivery expectations Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a product-focused role preferably in healthcare IT, home health Post-Acute Personal Care and/or experience Experience with patient access enhancement including referral, intake, scheduling and documentation workflows. Experience managing product capabilities through the full product lifecycle, including discovery, requirements, delivery, launch, and iteration. Strong understanding of customer needs, user research, product requirements, functional specifications, and roadmap management. Ability to work generally independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to use data, user insights, operational feedback, and stakeholder input to guide product decisions. Experience working in agile product development environments. Comfortable operating within complex technical, regulatory, and organizational systems.
