As a nurse with RHA will have an opportunity to practice holistic nursing and to positively impact the lives of others by providing healthcare oversight and monitoring for the people we serve.**Overview:*** Travel Float Nurse positions are temporary. Hours are not guaranteed but are based on the needs of the units and/or assigned locations.* Flexible schedules, part-time, full-time, and as-needed basis.* Nurses will cover shifts and schedules as needed at the units in their assigned locations. Travel expenses will be covered as needed.**Position Requirements*** Graduation from an accredited licensed nurse program* Current nursing license with no restrictions to practice nursing.* 1 year of nursing experience* Must be able to communicate effectively with Interdisciplinary Team Members, as well as the people supported and their families* Must be able to work independently, be organized, and possess the ability to prioritize work tasks* Current CPR Certification or eligibility to obtain certification* Float Nurse is responsible for keeping all required licensure, certifications and CPR certification current.* Float Nurse must complete all required RHA and unit specific annual competencies when due and this information should be recorded in Workday.* Work requirements will be reviewed every month to determine continued eligibility for program.**Benefits**This position is **not** benefits eligible**Pre-employment screening:*** Complete criminal background* Name checked in the registries.
