Requirements

• Active MA RN license required and must be in hand at time of consideration
• Current BLS certification required
• Flu vaccine documentation required (during flu season)
• COVID vaccine and booster required (medical exemptions are accepted)
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Additional Information

• All previous employees of any Beth Israel Lahey Health facility (travel, permanent, or per diem) must have a minimum 6-month break before returning
• Pass/fail Telemetry/ECG and Medication testing required upon placement
