Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Hold a current state teaching license in Special Education (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Prior experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
- Ability to design, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Effective communication skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Willingness to relocate to the Ozark, MO area for the duration of the contract
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Adaptable and committed to fostering an inclusive, supportive classroom environment
Responsibilities:
- Manage and instruct a diverse caseload of elementary students with special needs
- Develop, assess, and revise IEPs in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Employ evidence-based instructional strategies and modifications
- Collaborate with general education staff, therapists, and families to ensure student success
- Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and faculty initiatives
