About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (07:00 - 15:30) Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Must hold an active nursing license Certifications: Relevant nursing certifications preferred Must-Have: - Level 1 Trauma experience - Ability to scrub and circulate - Experience in Orthopedics, Orthopedic Trauma, Vascular, Urology, General Surgery Description: Sub requirements include resume, cover letter, skills, and PSV. On-call requirements include one 12-hour shift per month on a Saturday or Sunday, either 7 AM - 7 PM or 7 PM - 7 AM. No weekday call is required. Requested time off (RTO) guidelines: Maximum of 5 days with no more than 2 consecutive days. No RTO is allowed the day before or after a holiday, nor on weekends. Local candidates are preferred, with a mileage radius of 75 miles from the facility. Candidates should expect to float regularly across units, including areas outside their primary competency. Refusal to float may result in assignment cancellation. Two professional references from the most recent employers are required prior to starting. International candidates must obtain necessary documentation prior to application submission. All time off must comply with RTO policy. Candidates must complete required lab work promptly after accepting an assignment. Modules must be completed before starting the assignment and are non-billable.
