Please refer to Aspire's Internal Mobility Policy for more information.Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking a Maintenance Associate to perform maintenance and repair work on facilities and equipment under the direction of the Building Supervisor. Assists with the renovation/remodeling of buildings; repairs plaster and drywall; painting, performs grounds maintenance such as snow removal, sanding, on call responsibilities, and other maintenance tasks as required.Our ideal candidate:Basic computer skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Must be able to lift 50lbs.Empathy, enthusiasm, and a passion and dedication for helping others.High School Diploma or GED required.Valid driver's license required, with at least 3 years of driving experience.Aspire Living & Learning believes it must play an active role in creating a community of employees that is diverse, inclusive and equitable.
