Owners Representative - Senior Project Manager

What You'll Do Serve as the Owner's Representative throughout all phases of project delivery—from feasibility and planning through construction and closeout Guide owners through project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration Coordinate Architects, Engineers, General Contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution Monitor project budgets, schedules, quality, and risk while proactively identifying solutions Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with clients and project teams Review pay applications, change orders, project reporting, and closeout documentation Represent your client's interests with professionalism, sound judgment, and technical expertise What We're Looking For Experience managing commercial construction projects for a General Contractor, Owner's Representative firm, Developer, or Construction Management firm Strong understanding of commercial project delivery, budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and risk management Ability to build trusted relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, General Contractors, and consultants Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred Why consider this Opportunity?
