Community Relations Coordinator | Highgate Senior Living - Flagstaff, AZ Compensation: $60,000-70,000 per year, plus eligibility for commissions under Highgate's applicable commission plan. ABOUT THE ROLE Guide families through one of life’s biggest decisions by sharing Highgate's lifestyle, care, and community. You'll lead the sales process, build trusted relationships, host tours and events, and help grow move-ins. WHAT YOU'LL DO Manage inquiries, tours, and follow-up through the CRM. Plan and host marketing events and community outreach. Track competitive information, pricing, and positioning. Coordinate move-in logistics with internal teams. Own pipeline reporting and sales metrics. SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES Excellent communication in person, by phone, virtually, and through email. Empathy and persistence with a customer-first mindset. Comfort with Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Strong organization and goal orientation. Ability to balance shifting priorities and deadlines. Relationship builder who thrives on helping others. RELATABLE EXPERIENCE Direct sales roles in services or hospitality. Marketing, networking, or community outreach. Senior living or healthcare exposure. QUALIFICATIONS At least 21 years of age. Two or more years of experience in direct selling roles. Valid driver's license with a qualifying driving record. Current negative TB test. Ability to pass required background screening.
