Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments in individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to accurately identify emotional and psychological needs.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address the specific goals and challenges of clients, regularly reviewing and adjusting as necessary.

• Facilitate effective therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication skills and resolving conflicts among family members and couples.

• Provide crisis intervention as required, utilizing evidence-based techniques to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, complying with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies to facilitate continuity of care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals and external stakeholders, including social workers and psychiatrists, to enhance client outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay up-to-date with licensure requirements and best practices in the field of marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse client population includes individuals and families from different backgrounds, seeking assistance with issues such as relationship difficulties, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. As an LMFT, you will work closely with clients to create a safe environment that promotes healing and personal growth, ultimately helping them achieve better emotional resilience and stability.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in marriage and family therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.
