Data Operations Manager

We’re hiring a Data Operations Manager to own the integrity, structure and flow of data within our Salesforce platform. This hands‑on role underpins our commercial decision‑making, ensuring leads, opportunities and accounts are accurate, accessible and actionable. You’ll manage data quality, reporting (via SOQL), and integrations across Salesforce, Pardot and internal tools, working closely with Sales and senior stakeholders. Responsibilities Maintain data quality, governance and performance for leads, contacts, accounts and opportunities. Deduplicate and route leads, define field standards, validation rules and data quality dashboards. Extract insight and support executive‑level reporting using Salesforce and Excel. Work with APIs, OAuth integrations, automation, troubleshoot sync issues, and maintain integrations across multiple platforms. Triage issues, maintain operational health, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and leadership to ensure data accuracy and trust. Qualifications Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) in a B2B environment. Excellent knowledge of SOQL, APIs (OAuth 2.0, REST, webhooks) and technical documentation. Excellent Excel skills and practical experience with data quality tools such as Plauti or equivalent. Experience with lead routing, assignment rules and source attribution. Exposure to marketing automation platforms (Pardot or HubSpot), scripting languages or database environments is desirable. Detail‑oriented with a methodical approach to documentation and a mindset that treats data as a product.
