As Regional Manager , you'll own the full P&L for our East Coast maintenance operations — multiple branches, 500+ employees, and a multi-million-dollar book of business — with the autonomy to run it like it's yours. What You'll Own The P&L — revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, labor, and overhead, with budgets, forecasts, and weekly business reviews you lead. The team — develop high-performing Branch Managers through coaching, accountability, and succession planning. Growth — build the multi-year regional strategy and pursue expansion and acquisition opportunities with executive leadership. Operational excellence — consistent standards, field audits, and KPI-driven decisions across every branch. Client relationships — executive-level partnerships with strategic clients and a strong sales pipeline alongside Business Development. Safety — a visible, proactive safety culture across the region.
