• Develop and manage personalized recommendation/ optimization strategies and content roadmap for the e-commerce website based on analytical insights to directly improve Revenues, CVR, AOV, Repurchase Rate and LTV.
• Plan, execute and monitor site modules, widgets, and user flows to enhance visitor engagement and sales performance.
• Translate customer insights and team ideas into detailed business requirements, wireframes, and acceptance criteria for the Product Development team.
• Oversee the planning, creation, and optimization of Seasonal banners, pages and educational content (including but not limited to product pages, guides, articles and videos).
• Lead and manage the content lead and content manager ensuring brand consistency, quality, and timely delivery.
• Partner with Customer Insights Manager, Content Manager and Product Development team to visualize and analyze customer journeys using event data.
• Utilize data mining techniques and AI to uncover hidden patterns, trends, and business opportunities with BI team.
• Prepare data-driven plans and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Manage E-commerce related projects and deliver them on time working with cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in marketing, operations, E-commerce and/or product management, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Practical experience in developing and implementing product recommendation strategies using data analysis.
• Excellent project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on schedule.
• Experience working closely with BI teams and/or Data Analysts to transform insights into actionable business initiatives.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
• A proactive, agile learner who is adaptable and eager to take on new projects in a fast-paced environment utilizing data science, AI and the latest technology.
• Working knowledge of SQL is preferred.
