Assignment Details Coverage Dates:

May 14, 2026 at 7:00 AM - May 18, 2026 at 7:00 AM
June 11, 2026 at 7:00 AM - June 15, 2026 at 7:00 AMAdditional ongoing dates available

Shift Details:

12-hour day shifts
12-hour night shifts

Clinical ResponsibilitiesProvide neurosurgery coverage within a Level II Trauma CenterManage inpatient neurosurgical consults and trauma-related casesPerform standard neurosurgical procedures as requiredDocument all patient care in EMR

Procedures NOT required:

Complex skull procedures
Pituitary surgery
CPA (Cerebellopontine Angle) procedures

Call CoverageCoverage includes both day and night shift responsibilities

Practice SettingHospital-based neurosurgery coverageLevel II Trauma CenterEMR: Meditech

RequirementsBoard Certified Neurosurgery - RequiredActive Florida license - RequiredTemporary licenses may be issuedDEA - RequiredClean malpractice history - RequiredNo background issues - Required
