CRNA Michigan Order ID: 107590 Location: Michigan Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with call 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM; call rotation every third weeknight and every fourth weekend; call response time 30 minutes Setting: Independent CRNA practice model (as noted) Travel and Lodging: Travel and lodging support may be available EMR: MedAxion (Cerner transition noted) Position Overview Locum tenens CRNA coverage across a mix of cases Proficiency with spinals, blocks, and epidurals required Case logs required (proof of epidurals and blocks, as noted) Clinical Scope General surgery Orthopedics OB and GYN Endoscopy ENT Podiatry Pediatric dental No heads, hearts, or spines noted Required Qualifications Active Michigan license Required certifications as specified by the site Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify. Additional Notes Vaccination required; exemptions may be accepted (as noted) A hotel adjacent to the facility is noted.
