HVAC Project Manager

A well-respected and growing mechanical contractor in the area is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join its team. With many years of proven excellence and a strong backlog of work, this company offers long-term stability and continued growth opportunities.

Position Overview
The HVAC Project Manager will be responsible for managing HVAC projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality execution, budget control, and client satisfaction. Project types include higher education, government, healthcare, industrial, and commercial facilities . Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of HVAC project management experience
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams
Excellent communication and coaching abilities
Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills
Proven experience with project budgeting and cost control
Highly organized with strong prioritization and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
