We are seeking an experienced OB-GYN physician to join our well-established, physician-owned private practice in The Woodlands, Texas .

\n

This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically strong, team-oriented physician looking to step into a high-functioning practice with a loyal patient base, modern infrastructure, and a clear path to partnership.

Position Highlights: \n

• Established, physician-led practice with strong community reputation and consistent, growing patient demand

• Full-scope OB/GYN with a balanced mix of obstetrics and gynecology
\n
• Robust surgical volume with minimally invasive and robotic procedures
\n
• Predictable clinical volume ramp to ~25 patients/day with strong clinical and administrative support
\n

Schedule & Call (Designed for Sustainability)

\n

\n
• 5-day workweek with early finish on Fridays (last patient at 2:00 PM)
\n
• Call rotation:\n
  \n
  • Weekday call 1:6
  \n
  • Weekend call 1:7
  \n
\n
• Call is primarily taken from home, with hospitalist group support until you arrive
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in OB/GYN
\n
• Robotics training required
\n
• Spanish-speaking skills highly preferred
\n
• Active Texas license or eligibility to obtain
\n
