What You'll Do

As a Caregiver (CNA), you’ll play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily needs and ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate team members.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients.
• Following individualized care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for each client.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring a combination of skills, experience, and compassion. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification .
• At least 1 year of experience in caregiving or a similar role.
• A strong understanding of assisting with ADLs and providing personalized care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A dependable and compassionate nature, with a genuine desire to help others.
