We are a large staffing agency seeking a Data Entry Clerk to handle administrative duties but this is a full time perm position within our company. In person position working in our Northwest Houston Office
Schedule: Monday–Friday, either 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor employee time-clock punches and correct missed punches
- Accurately enter employee hours into the payroll system
- Maintain daily attendance and headcount reports
- Review all information carefully to prevent payroll errors
Qualifications:
- Previous data entry experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience using Microsoft programs is a plus
- Payroll experience is helpful but not required
- Must have driver license
- Bilingual a plus
We are willing to train the right person who has solid data entry experience and is eager to learn.
