Job Details

This is a per diem position Friday and Saturday Nights 11PM-7AM

The General Maintenance Technician supports hospital operations by performing preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and facility systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment

• Monitor and work with the Building Management System (BMS)

• Replace belts on air handling units

• Clear drains and replace filters

• Assist with snow removal and general facility maintenance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• 3–4 years of maintenance experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and power plant operations

• Valid driver's license

Salary Range

Starting from USD $34.00/Hr.
