This is not a traditional corporate marketing role—we’re looking for someone who enjoys creating, improving, and bringing ideas to life. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to independently execute marketing initiatives using modern tools, including AI‑powered platforms. You will help shape the brand across digital channels, marketing materials, dealer programs, content, and customer communications. We value creativity, initiative, and great taste more than titles or years of experience. If you enjoy doing the work—not just managing it—we want to hear from you. Compensation $75,000–$95,000 based on experience, plus full benefits package. Responsibilities Develop and execute creative marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence. Create and improve content for websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, ads, and promotional materials. Maintain a clean, modern visual identity across all marketing assets. Identify opportunities to enhance branding, messaging, customer experience, and product presentation. Generate ideas for videos, social campaigns, visual storytelling, and AI‑generated content. Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing goals. Improve website design, content, user experience, and conversion performance. Evaluate marketing assets for quality, consistency, and effectiveness. Test new ideas to increase engagement and lead generation. Utilize AI tools to accelerate content creation, research, design concepts, and campaign development. Stay current on emerging marketing trends and technologies. Requirements Ability to independently manage projects from concept through execution. Strong creative judgment and an eye for professional, polished design. Innovative thinker who proactively identifies opportunities for improvement. Comfortable contributing ideas for websites, product presentation, social media, video, and AI‑powered marketing. Strong organizational and project management skills. Thrives in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision. Proficient with modern marketing technology and AI tools.
