Community-Based Mental Health Clinician
Jobtailor
Jobtailor is seeking a QMHP to provide community-based mental health services in alignment with treatment plans to meet a client’s mental health, educational, vocational, and social needs. You will work across home, school, and community settings to support clients and families. You will maintain a caseload of 3–10 clients, participate in monthly supervision, and collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care and timely documentation. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
