ABOUT THE ROLE

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Serve with Care - Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
• Be the Friendly Face - Greet residents and guests warmly, provide menu guidance, and make thoughtful recommendations.
• Anticipate Needs - Watch for opportunities to assist, refill drinks, and make the dining experience smooth and enjoyable.
• Keep It Clean & Organized - Set tables, clear plates, and maintain tidy service areas.
• Follow Standards - Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and hospitality protocols.
• Support Special Moments - Assist with events, themed dinners, and celebrations that bring the community together.
• Champion the Experience - Monitor resident satisfaction and share feedback with leadership to continuously improve.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Work in a lively dining environment with regular interaction with residents and guests
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, carrying trays, and lifting up to 25 lbs
• Exposure to varying temperatures between kitchen and dining areas
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on service and event needs

Requirements

WHAT YOU BRING

• Valid food handler card (or ability to obtain within required timeframe)
• Previous serving or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable moments
