In this role, you’ll be at the heart of providing top-notch care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being with your expertise and compassion. You'll work alongside a dynamic and supportive team of LPNs, RNs, CNAs, Dietary Aides, Physical Therapists, and Activities Staff, reporting directly to our Nurse Managers and Director of Nursing. What You Will Do: Administer Treatments & Care Monitor Vital Signs Maintain Documentation Supervise & Support Staff Serve as a Resource Report Resident Care Medication Management Address Medication Concerns Respond to Call Lights Admit and Discharge Residents What You Will Bring: Active LPN license registered through the State of Wisconsin.
