What You'll Do Supervise a group of youth in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. Ensure the safety and well-being of students while maintaining program expectations. Conduct routine room checks and monitor student activities throughout your shift. Assist with daily routines, including meals, hygiene, recreation, bedtime, and morning wake-up. Build positive relationships by serving as a mentor and role model. Respond calmly and professionally to challenging behaviors using appropriate de-escalation techniques. Collaborate with your team to provide consistent care and support for each student. This Position Is a Great Fit If You... Remain calm and professional in challenging situations. Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age. High school diploma or GED required. Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical examination, and TB test.
