Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction estimating, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project requirements and develop accurate cost estimates.

• Collaborate with the pre-construction team to ensure project feasibility.

• Evaluate project proposals and provide feedback to stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions.

• Assist in the preparation of bid documents and contract negotiations.

• Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction estimating.

• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
