The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Trust Officer to join our Las Vegas office. This is a client-facing fiduciary role responsible for administering trust relationships and working directly with beneficiaries, family members, attorneys, accountants, and investment advisors. The successful candidate will join a growing Nevada platform and play an important role in helping families preserve and transition wealth across generations.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary administrator for a portfolio of trust relationships.
\n
• Build trusted relationships with clients, beneficiaries, and advisors.
\n
• Coordinate trust administration, distributions, and fiduciary documentation.
\n
• Support private trust companies and other sophisticated fiduciary structures.
\n
• Partner closely with trust, investment, compliance, and private client teams.
\n
• Deliver exceptional client service and responsiveness.
\n

Experience with trust companies, private banking, wealth management, family offices, or fiduciary services is preferred. CTFA designation is a plus.
