Accounts Payable Associate - Entry Level

Entry Level Accounts Payable Associate Leading corporation located in Gwinnett County is searching for an Entry Level Accounts Payable Associate. Primary Responsibilities: Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment Sort and distribute incoming mail Process 3 way P.O. matching invoices Process check requests Audit and process credit card bills Match invoices to checks, obtain all signatures for checks and distribute checks accordingly 1099 maintenance Respond to vendor inquiries Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies Requirements: Minimum 1 year of Accounts Payable experience High school diploma required, college courses in accounting preferred Must have strong work ethic Excellent communication skills This company offers a comprehensive benefits package with 12 days PTO (in addition to company paid holidays) in the first year and 18 days PTO in the second year in addition to a great work environment and work/life balance!
