Target start: Jan 2027, need covered through March
Shifts available: 6:30 - 3:30pm (regular) - 2 people, 6:30 - 7:30pm (in-house) (13hr), Beeper Call (BC) from 7:30pm until 7:am the next day - 1 person, Saturday - 24-hour BC - 1 person, Sunday - 24-hour BC - 1 person, Surgery Center Schedule: 6:30am - 3:30pm/ Monday to Friday, No calls at this location
Types of Cases: GI, Ortho, ENT, Pain, Podiatry, General, Plastics, Urology
Supervision or independent: Solo coverage, *They work mostly in a supervision capacity (supervising CRNAs), Responsibilities - Supervising CRNAs
Specific requirements/restrictions: Cross-credentialed for a hospital and surgery center (approximately 3 miles apart), MUST work at both, Surgery Center requires one Anesthesiologist per day, Supervision Only procedures are not allowed, Active license or IMLC preferred, TEE certification is not required, Locums must meet this requirement, BC/BE, PA license or IMLC, PA DEA, 90 days credentialing timeframe, Unsure which certs are needed, Locum must be open to call, Locum must be comfortable with all cases: General Anesthesia, Cardiac Anesthesia, Peds, OB, Nerve blocks, Locum must be willing to work at both locations
