Supporting population health initiatives, the contract Epic Healthy Planet Analyst will configure, optimize, and enhance workflows in Epic Healthy Planet while collaborating with clinical and operational teams remotely. Key responsibilities Configure and optimize Epic Healthy Planet functionalities to meet population health needs Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to gather requirements and provide system solutions Support testing and ensure successful implementation of Healthy Planet features Required qualifications Active Epic Healthy Planet Certification Experience as an Epic Healthy Planet Analyst Proficiency in Epic configuration, testing, and system optimization Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
