Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial client assessments to determine mental health needs and goals.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that are dynamic and responsive to clients’ progress and challenges.

• Provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practice tailored to different ages and needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client records and treatment progress within the Simple Practice system.

• Engage in regular supervision and consultation to enhance clinical skills and ensure compliance with ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, including webinars and workshops offered for continuing education credits.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our ideal counselor will work with a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and couples navigating various challenges. You will play a pivotal role in addressing issues related to anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and trauma, providing therapeutic solutions that align with each client's unique background and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work is required.

• Active licensure as a mental health clinician (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) in Texas.

• Strong skills in treatment planning and mental health counseling, specifically in a telehealth format.

• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills to foster effective relationships with clients.

• Comfort with technology and conducting virtual appointments through video conferencing tools.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a remote or telehealth setting, is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
