Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct initial client assessments to determine mental health needs and goals. \n
- Develop personalized treatment plans that are dynamic and responsive to clients’ progress and challenges. \n
- Provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practice tailored to different ages and needs. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client records and treatment progress within the Simple Practice system. \n
- Engage in regular supervision and consultation to enhance clinical skills and ensure compliance with ethical standards. \n
- Participate in ongoing professional development, including webinars and workshops offered for continuing education credits. \n
Our ideal counselor will work with a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and couples navigating various challenges. You will play a pivotal role in addressing issues related to anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and trauma, providing therapeutic solutions that align with each client's unique background and experiences.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Possession of a master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work is required. \n
- Active licensure as a mental health clinician (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) in Texas. \n
- Strong skills in treatment planning and mental health counseling, specifically in a telehealth format. \n
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills to foster effective relationships with clients. \n
- Comfort with technology and conducting virtual appointments through video conferencing tools. \n

- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a remote or telehealth setting, is beneficial. \n
- Experience working with various populations, including teens and couples in mental health crises. \n
- Proficiency in utilizing clinical software for therapy management and documentation. \n
