Description

• Assess patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments and create detailed, personalized treatment plans

• Guide patients and families through therapeutic goals, discharge plans, and at-home exercises

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree from an accredited institution

Certifications
