You will receive a best in class, total compensation package that provides a comprehensive benefits program with real financial value.The position is: Wednesday 1AM - 7AM, Thursday - Saturday 7PM - 7AMWhat You Will DoEnsure that safety rules for maintenance activities (such as LOTO procedure) are known and applied by its teamEnsure maintenance tasks are done, respecting Maintenance KPIs targets in its perimeterTrain and mentor Mechanical Technicians and Electrical Technicians in automated equipment repairPrepare the scheduled maintenance tasks, ensuring communication to the Maintenance teamBe responsible for induction of all newcomers in their areasEnsure the organization and scheduling of training actions so that they are aware of all the procedures, tools and standardsEnsure that their team is trained to Line QRQC, Maintenance QRQC, Maintenance 5 WHYs, red tags use, and that they understand what they have to do and whenManage daily: absenteeism, holidays, safety rules enforcement, environment risk analysis, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Ensure that standards of reaction are applied with rigor and perform escalation according to standardsFollow up main objectives in monthly meetings with his/her teamConduct annual appraisals, as well as salary reviewsEnsure enforcement of health, safety, environmental and site rules in its perimeter, and that anybody enteringEnsure existence of updated maintenance work instructions for his/her perimeterWhat You Should HaveYou preferably have a Bachelor’s degree, but experience in lieu of education will be consideredYou have 3+ years of experience in Maintenance Supervision for a high-speed manufacturing companyPrior or current experience as a Maintenance Technician in a high-speed automated facilityJoin us!Thanks to its strategy focused on innovation, Valeo aims at reducing CO² emissions and developing intuitive driving to propose greener, safer, and smarter mobility.
