Handyman/Warehouse Worker

Estamos buscando un Handy Man/Warehouse hábil y versátil para unirse a nuestro equipo. Como Handy Man, serás responsable de realizar diversas tareas para garantizar el mantenimiento y la conservación de nuestras instalaciones. Tu objetivo principal será brindar un servicio de alta calidad a nuestros clientes, cumpliendo con los más altos estándares de seguridad, eficiencia y calidad .
Responsabilidades
- Realizar mantenimiento y reparaciones en sistemas eléctricos, plomería, HVAC y otros.
- Llevar a cabo tareas de carpintería, albañilería, pintura e instalación de paneles de yeso.
- Diagnosticar y solucionar problemas con electrodomésticos, puertas y ventanas.
- Usar un óhmetro para identificar y reparar problemas eléctricos.
- Apoyar en renovaciones, remodelaciones y proyectos de construcción.
- Asegurar que todo el trabajo se realice de manera segura y cumpliendo con los códigos de construcción .
- Mantener un espacio de trabajo limpio y organizado .
- Colaborar con el equipo de warehouse cuando no se tengan trabajos de mantenimiento pendientes.
Habilidades y Requisitos
- Conocimientos sólidos en mecánica y electricidad. Experiencia en carpintería, plomería, HVAC y electricidad .
- Capacidad para operar diversas herramientas y equipos .
- Manejo de óhmetro y diagnóstico de problemas eléctricos.
- Conocimiento de códigos de construcción y normativas de seguridad .
- Excelentes habilidades de resolución de problemas y solución de fallas .
- Resistencia física para realizar trabajo manual y levantar objetos pesados.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo .
- Experiencia en warehouse y en Forklift.
- Disposición para aprender y adaptarse a nuevas tecnologías y situaciones.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y cumplir con plazos.
- Bilingüe de preferencia
