Overview Registered Nurse - Operating Room travel assignment in Lamar, Colorado. Start date: 09/28/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,807–$3,042 per week. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Shift: Day shift, approximately 6:30 am–2:30 pm, Monday–Friday with some call coverage on weekends and potential late days to complete cases. Work setting includes a hospital-level OR suite with Pre‑op and PACU, supporting General, OB/GYN, Ophthalmology (cataract), and Orthopedics cases. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,807–$3,042 per week Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day shift with weekend call as needed Start date: 09/28/2026 Setting: OR, Pre‑op, and PACU across multiple surgical services Responsibilities Provide direct patient care across Pre‑op, OR Circulator, and PACU within the surgical services scope Conduct assessments, document care, recover patients, and circulate cases; assist with processing instruments and equipment in central sterilizing Prepare patients for surgery and assist with intraoperative and immediate postoperative care Maintain infection control practices and adhere to department and national standards (IAHCSMM, AORN, ASGE, ASPAN) Educate patients and families; coordinate transfers and handoffs to post‑anesthesia care or other services Collaborate with the surgical team and other staff to ensure efficient, safe case flow; work in a high‑stress environment with strong communication Requirements Active Colorado RN license ACLS certification; CNOR preferred; scrub experience preferred 3 years of Pre‑op/OR/PACU experience preferred Education: RN graduate with current Colorado licensure Ability to function in Pre‑op, OR, and PACU settings; comfortable with call responsibilities and variable caseload Benefits and Support Assignment support from Healthforce Healthcare LLC, including credentialing assistance Dedicated travel and on‑call support during the assignment 13‑week engagement with guaranteed hours and potential for extension Coordination of scheduling and onboarding to support a smooth start #J-18808-Ljbffr HealthForce Healthcare
