A leading company specializing in immersive training solutions is hiring a Senior Game Technician (VR/Unity). This remote—out of region TEMP role supports a VR simulation training team and focuses on creating realistic character animations and gameplay systems in Unity.

Senior Game Tech (VR/Unity) Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement detailed character animations within Unity environments.
• Design and build animation state machines, blend trees, and IK systems to enhance realism.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and artists to ensure seamless integration.
• Optimize animation performance and interactions for VR experiences.
• Contribute to creating engaging, gameplay-driven character behaviors and interactions.

Senior Game Tech (VR/Unity) Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of experience in technical or gameplay animation.
• Proficiency with Unity and VR or simulation platforms.
• Skilled in using Maya, MotionBuilder, Blender, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of gameplay systems and animation implementation.
• Knowledge of C# scripting is a plus.
