Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on leader to drive our HR data science and AI strategy, building scalable analytics and intelligent automation solutions across the employee lifecycle. This role will own workforce analytics, AI-driven HR initiatives, and the continued development of agent-based solutions integrating Workday, ServiceNow, and SharePoint . Key Responsibilities * AI & Automation: Design and scale AI-driven HR solutions, including chatbot/agent capabilities that automate HR service delivery and workflows* People Analytics: Lead Workday-based analytics and reporting, delivering actionable insights on headcount, attrition, recruiting, and workforce planning* Dashboarding: Develop and maintain executive-facing dashboards in Power BI* Data Strategy: Ensure data quality, governance, and integration across HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow, and enterprise platforms)* Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner across HR and IT to translate business needs into scalable data and AI solutions* Innovation: Evaluate and apply emerging AI technologies to modernize HR operations Qualifications * ~7 years in data science, analytics, or AI (HR/People Analytics preferred)* Strong expertise in Workday reporting, data models, and APIs * Experience building AI solutions or automation (chatbots, agents, workflows)* Advanced Power BI skills (data modeling, DAX, dashboards)* Proficiency in Python or similar tools* Experience with Foundry or similar AI platforms strongly preferred What Success Looks Like * Scaled, high-impact analytics that drive HR decision-making* AI-enabled automation that improves employee and HR team experience* Clear ownership and advancement of the HR AI roadmapPTC carefully considers a wide variety

of factors when determining compensation. The anticipated annual salary range for this position is between $126,183- $160,718. The salary range reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on a candidates skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, candidates may be eligible for a performance-based bonus.
