Registered Nurse Infusion

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and biotherapy treatments to oncology patients.
  
  
• 
  Conduct injections, central line blood draws, and therapeutic phlebotomies with precision and care.
  
  
• 
  Document all clinical activities accurately using Varian/Aria systems.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient responses during infusions, adjusting care as needed.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and safety.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to facility policies regarding floating assignments and holiday coverage.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold an active NJ or Compact nursing license at the time of application.
  
  
• 
  Possess a minimum of 2 years outpatient oncology/infusion experience.
  
  
• 
  Certification in BLS and ONS Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy required.
  
  
• 
  Preferred certification: OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse).
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proficiency in administering medical infusions and managing central lines.
  
  
• 
  Capable of working flexible hours, including holidays, as required.
